Roller Coaster
Steel Sense

The image that comes to mind as we approach the last working week of 2009 is the thrill seekers' vehicle of choice, the rollercoaster. The ride this year has certainly had many ups, downs, twists and turns, keeping everyone wondering what the next move will be.

Starting in January 2009 through the first two months of the New Year, scrap moved down $20-$30 per ton. By mid-April scrap dropped an additional $40 per ton, for an approximate total decline of $70 per ton.

Have Faith in Tilt-Up
by  Kimberly Corwin

Church1Religion as a coping mechanism and means of explaining the uncertain dates back to the beginning of mankind, people gathered together to learn and share their faith and their fears. Meeting places were soon designated to provide a location to comfort each other in times of sorrow, celebrate together in times of joy and serve as shelter in times of disaster.  Temples, synagogues and churches are documented through out history as symbolic icons of faith, great works of architecture that withstand the test of time.  Building on a firm foundation is a key element of religion and religious facilities.

Nine Winter Driving Tips For Truckers

Penske Trucking

There are no secrets when it comes to winter driving. If the outside air temperature is at or below freezing, and there's snow falling on the road, winter is at it's most dangerous. A driver who chooses to zoom along at normal road speed when everyone else is crawling along at 15 to 20 MPH doesn't have the inside track on the winter roadways. There's a good chance you'll see him and his rig in the median a few miles up the road.

The following nine tips will help you reduce the odds of an accident during this chilly season.
